About this shoot:

“I can’t think of a better way to ring in the New Year than to propose to your special someone! With a little ingenuity, you can gather things around the house, make a quick stop to your local Target and Publix and bam — you’ve got an intimate NYE engagement party! For this home set up, we used metallic gold and black balloons as our “photobooth” backdrop. Gold spray paint and glitter on little jars held our flowers. Target is a great place to get small decorating items when having a themed party, the balloons were purchased there along with a few miscellaneous items. As for the cake, beverages and champagne, we went to our local Publix. They have a huge variety of small cakes and cupcakes that are all so pretty! So how exactly do you propose on NYE? Feed her sweets. Pop the champagne. Take photos in your photobooth. Do the countdown and ask – so romantic! The pictures and set up are key, since you can count on her wanting to share the great news with everyone! Cheers and a Happy New Year!” – Noi Tran Photography
