SUPPLIES:

  • kosher salt
  • clear plastic ornaments (ours are from Michael’s)
  • sprigs of fresh rosemary
  • Sharpie metallic paint pen
  • tweezers
  • ribbon or twine

Start by drawing each name onto your ornaments. You can easily make these as escort cards; with the persons name and their table number – or place cards; at each place setting with just the name. Practice on paper first to make sure you have the sizing and font style correct.

Remove the top of the ornament and using a funnel fill the bottom with kosher salt.

Cut sprigs of fresh rosemary down to about 2″ sections… it smells so good!

Then place one sprig inside each ornament. You might need to use a pair of tweezers to get the sprig situated just right. Then replace the top of the ornament. **It’s best to add the rosemary only a day or two before your event, so that it’s fresh for your guests.

Add a cute bow and you’re done! Simple + Sweet.
