DIY | wine bottle table number hang tags

Table numbers are one of my favorite wedding details – and they are such a great project to get creative with for your wedding because of the limited number you have to create. Having the right crafting tools not only makes this project a breeze, but it makes these table numbers look incredibly professional. Since I love my Martha Stewart Crafts tools… we are using some of our favorites in this months #12monthsofmartha project. Guess what – I learned how to make editable PDF’s… and today you’ll get to try them out!!!

Guess what!?!?! I recently learned how to create editable PDF downloads! So today you get to try out my very first one… click to download the file below, save to your computer, open with Adobe Acrobat, click each number and edit to what you need! Print them onto 8.5″ x 11″ cardstock – there are 3 to a sheet.

Roughly cut out each hang tag.

To easily punch a circle right in the middle of the tag, use this MSC – all over the page circle punch. Align with our design and punch all your tags.

Included in the design are score lines at 3 1/8″. Place the tag design face down and run the scoring knife across the tag – making the perfect, professional fold line.

Then cut out the entire tag.

Next, to embellish the edge… use the MSC doily lace punch!

Hang each tag on a bottle of wine, at each of your reception tables!
