How did you find your photographer?

Angelika was my Matron of Honors photographer for her wedding! We were completely in love with her style and the work she did for them, and quickly fell head over heels for her as a person! She has an amazing way of making her sessions very personal and intimate despite being in front of a camera.

What are you DIY-ing for your wedding?

We are DIY-ing anything and everything we can! I made proposal bags and boxes for our entire wedding party with personalized gifts for each of them. We will be making all of the signage for the ceremony and reception. I am working with a local farmer who will have a batch of 300 mini white pumpkins which we will use as decoration as well as name cards for each place setting. A large percentage of our guests will be from out of the area and I am in the process of putting together welcome bags for every hotel booked in our block. Each bag will have recommendations on activities and restaurants in the area as well as a day after the party kit!

What are you looking forward to the most?

We are so excited to bring our families together! Our family is spread out all over the country, so we have never had to opportunity to have everyone together under one roof! This is the party to kick off the beginning of the rest of our lives together, and a party it shall be! An evening with all of our loved ones at our favorite vineyard, with an incredibly talented local musician, all captured by our incredible photographer Angelika!
