A little note from Joy about how she created them, “To create this artwork I first sketched it on paper, once I was happy with the design I draw it on my chalkboard using real chalk. Then after the artwork was done I took a picture to print, that way I could preserve the imperfections and characteristics of the real chalkboard work without the fading and the dust of a real board so you can display it at your favorite spot.“
