Hi Something Turquoise readers, it’s Lauren, from I Love Love Events here again, and I am brining you a fabulous idea, perfect for the holiday season! Many of us will be playing hostess in the upcoming weeks, since the chilly winter weather has already arrived in many places in the US, I have put together the perfect party (or wedding) idea for you, a festive hot cocoa bar!

One of the best things about this hot cocoa bar from Jennifer Carroll of Celebrating Everyday Life is that you could execute something similar spending very little. To recreate this scene, I found some key pieces on Etsy, including a vintage scale, thermos and that charming hot cocoa sign. Combine that with a few items you can pick up at most stores, the coffee filters, M&M’s and homemade marshmallows and you have yourself an inviting scene for guests to warm up and enjoy a treat at the same time.
