I’m so excited to be able to share another gorgeous wedding from Anne-Claire Brun Photography! Jeremy and Jennifer’s romantic elopement in Central Park… outdoor, in the freezing cold fit this couple perfectly. Her dress and that necklace… just gorgeous.
From the bride, “Jeremy and I live in Indianapolis, Indiana. The first year we dated Jeremy took me to New York City for my birthday… I had never been before and totally fell in love with the city. The second year we were together he took me to NYC again, but this time he had a surprise in store… he proposed on the ice rink at Rockefeller Center!!! I am not the ‘plan-a-wedding’ kind of girl, so I was completely content with being engaged for a while in spite of everyone asking us details about a wedding… we hadn’t made any plans, not one! About a year and 11 months after he proposed we officially decided to just elope in NYC… and to do it on the 2 year anniversary of our engagement, which was just a little over a month away. When deciding where exactly to get married in NYC, I immediately envisioned a beautiful scene at central park. I’ve never been a conventional person so having a wedding outside, in the freezing cold, in the dead of winter in New York actually sounded like the perfect idea for us! And as you can see from our pictures…it was. We go to NYC every January to celebrate our anniversary and our plan is to continue going every year.”
