Timing: This Sweepstakes begins on April 18th, 2016, at 3:00 a.m. Pacific Standard Time and ends on Wednesday, April 27th, 2016, at 11:59:59 p.m. PST. 10 days. (“Sweepstakes Period”).

Rafflecopter is an internet application and website that allows blog owners, website owners, and Facebook page owners to run a sweepstakes promotion by customizing and embedding an entry form where “Owners” would like to have “Entrants” enter the sweepstakes. Rafflecopter provides the tools that allow the Sweepstakes Host to moderate, verify, and choose a legitimate winner(s) for the Sweepstakes. The Rafflecopter widget allows for multiple entries by each Entrant. Each entry option counts for a specific points value; one (1) point equals one (1) entry; there are seventy four (74) points maximum per Entrant during the Sweepstakes Period. If an entrant already follows Something Turquoise on one of the social media channels listed, that previous follow still counts as an entry and must be recorded through the Rafflecopter widget. If an entrant already has signed up for the Something Turquoise newsletter, that previous sign-up still counts as an entry and must be recorded through the Rafflecopter widget. Once the prospective winner is chosen, a full check of the winning entry will be performed.

Selection and Notification of Winners: Sweepstakes Host will choose five (5) winners at random using the Rafflecopter widget software on or about April 28th, 2016; from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Sweepstakes Host will notify prospective winners via e-mail by April 29th, 2016, to the email address that the Entrant provided to the Rafflecopter widget. Participants are solely responsible for checking the email they provided at entry to see if they are potential winners. No additional notifications will be provided. The potential winner must respond to the generated winning e-mail from jen(at)somethingturquoise.com before 11:59 p.m. PST on Monday, May 2nd, 2016 providing a full name, mailing address, and telephone number. If a notification e-mail is returned as undeliverable, or if a potential winner fails to respond to the notification email by the time stated above with the required contact information, or if a potential winner is found to be ineligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules, then that potential winner will be disqualified and the prize forfeited. An alternate winner will be selected at random. Limit one prize per person/e-mail address/household address/telephone number.
