To me – it’s all about the color. I encourage all my brides to serve a ‘signature drink’ at their receptions and/or other bridal events. One that matches their party either in theme or in color. Summer is here and we can all use a refreshing, tropical cocktail!

This drink is very easy to make as you can see from the ingredients. The Cruzan Mango Rum is what makes it interesting. My favorite thing about this drink is the color: when you combine the yellow pineapple juice and the Blue Curacao it makes TURQUOISE magic! First sugar the rim of each glass by dipping the rim in either lemon or lime juice and then into sanding sugar. In a shaker with ice; combine the rum, pineapple juice and blue Curacao and shake. Pour the mixture into and ice filled glass… then fill the rest of the glass with soda water! Easy, delicious and the most gorgeous color on the planet!
