“We found out about Kate Wenzel Photography through referrals from our friends that had used Kate as their wedding photographer. We absolutely love her style and personality! …We are planning on a few DIY projects for the wedding! We love wine, and really want to fit this into our reception. Kate was able to incorporate our love for wine into our engagement session through some fun outdoor wine tasting, and we want to make sure this is part of our special day as well! We plan on having the centerpieces for our cocktail hour be empty wine bottles with pictures of us throughout our relationship. Also, our place cards will include a wine cork and our card box will be a wine crate with an “H” engraved on it. We’re excited to start working on these projects and include special touches to our ceremony and reception!

…Besides the cake tasting (haha…I have a sweet tooth!), I am looking forward to all of the added quality time with family.  Since both of our extended families live out of state, the wedding allows us to see more of our relatives through the showers and family gatherings leading up to our special day.  Family is very important to both of us, and we can’t wait to have everyone here to celebrate our love for one another.  It will be a fun summer and fall!
