What a fantastic week here at Something Turquoise!!! A new logo, a feature on Martha Stewarts craft blog, plus I actually met Martha Stewart! Plus it is cozy and raining and it definitely feels like fall. I am so thankful for all the wonderful moments I have had this week. With Thanksgiving soon approaching, are you thinking about what you are thankful for?

On Thursday night I had the opportunity to meet Martha Stewart at an exclusive event, celebrating the release of her new cookware and her new book Martha’s Entertaining. Hosted at the Macy’s Home Store in South Coast Plaza, we enjoyed a cooking demonstration from Martha and Sarah Carey, Editor in Chief of Everyday Food. We laughed and sampled the fantastic food they made, then Martha did a book signing for everyone in attendance. Here are a few pictures!

Here I was actually able to tell Martha I had been featured on her ‘the Craft’s dept.‘ blog that very day! She was so kind, told me it was fantastic and that she’d be sure to take a look! Wow, dream come true. I’m blessed.
