Happy Thanksgiving!!! This time of year always makes me incredibly emotional and aware of how overwhelmingly thankful I am for each and every one of you. Creating and writing this blog is my dream come true and I’m grateful that you have put your crafty wedding trust in me to inspire you day after day. All I can say is that I am truly blessed and you are all a part of that blessing. I wish you a wonderful holiday full of yummy food, relaxation and love!

Happy Thanksgiving 2014!

For my husbands large family Thanksgiving I always bring a huge tray of my baked mac-n-cheese that is an ooey-gooey-cheesy treat, and sadly there are never any leftovers of it (but I do make a tiny serving that says behind just for us). This year I’m extra jazzed about the holiday season, as I only have one full-time job now, so I’ve been thinking and planning about what else I could bring or contribute. So I was browsing Pinterest of course and found these awesome “Pie Crust Cookies” from Home is Where the Boat Is, her recipe is very simple but I’m adding brown sugar and cinnamon to her list of ingredients. I actually made a tester batch last weekend and they came out amazing! The second thing I came across, and fell head over heals for were these Thanksgiving leftover labels from Oh Happy Day – you might have seen them too. So I knew I wanted to design my own and bring those along as well, making it extra fun to pack up everyones leftovers! Sadly it might be too late for you to get the boxes, but you could still use the labels on ziplock bags or other containers. Or maybe just pin and use them for next year. Either way I couldn’t make them and not share :)

FREE Thanksgiving Leftover labels!

DOWNLOAD THE LABELS HERE:

Large: Leftovers, Happy Thanksgiving (4 per sheet)

Medium: Yay! For Leftovers (6 per sheet)

Small: Gobble (12 per sheet)

Download, save and print the labels onto your choice of 8.5″ x 11″ sticker paper. Ours is from Staples; Paper-Source sells it in a few different colors if you don’t want white. There are many places to purchase the food-safe kraft boxes, but since I didn’t want to buy in bulk I went to Etsy and found the perfect sizes and quantities from Le Box Boutique in Large, Medium and Small.
