“We absolutely loved this wedding! It was full of fun and lovely people, the sun was shining bright, the ocean was so crystal clear – calm and pristine looking like a huge pool and the bride was stunningly beautiful! Breana & Jabe’s wedding took place at LA ZEBRA, one of our favorite hotels in Tulum, in the Riviera Maya, Mexico. They were dreaming of a rustic beach wedding, a Mariachi Band during cocktails, just enjoying and having fun with their beloved ones… and well, here are the pictures!” – FineArt Studio Photography

“Coming down the aisle and seeing the most important people in my life… and then them witnessing me marry the man of my dreams!

ST_DIY_wedding_projects

..The main thing we DIY-ed was our welcome bags placed in each room. The bags included sunscreen, bug wipes, margarita mix, first aid items, a mini flashlight, Mexican candies, bottled water, gum, bottle openers and drink ‘koozies”. It was a lot of work getting all the items together and getting them to Mexico, but it was a great way to show our appreciation to our guests for making the long journey to paradise.

Something old:  great grandmothers wedding handkerchief, used by 4 generations of women in my family.  Something new: my garter, which was also blue!

ST_advice_for_current_brides

Do what matters the most to YOU!  Don’t be influenced by other people’s opinions because its your wedding. The only thing I can say about the vendors is that Destination Weddings Tulum took care of everything. Having a good planner is so important, especial in a foreign country.  Gwen did an amazing job and we couldn’t be happier with the service she provided!” – Breana, the bride
