To me – it’s all about the color. I encourage all my brides to serve a ‘signature drink’ at their receptions and/or bridal showers. One that matches their party either in theme or in color. Spring is here and everyone needs a light and refreshing libation! There are many different flavors of Jello Gelatin… these were made with Peach – but yours can be made with any flavor you would like!

After scouring the internet and wasting many a jiggly batch – we nailed down the perfect recipe that is incredibly easy to make. First – boil one cup of water and remove it from the heat. Next, add 1 – 3 ounce package of your favorite flavor of Jell-o Gelatin and stir until the powder is completely disolved. Then add one cup of chilled champagne and stir, let all the bubbles settle down. Pour into your choice of small container and let them set up in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours. You can also pour this mixture into an 8″ x 8″ square pan and cut the gelatin into jigglers! This recipe makes 12 – 2 ounce shots. ***Sorry gals – this ‘shot’ isn’t exactly going to get you buzzed – if that’s what you are looking for!
