I’m thrilled to share a very special wedding highlight film with you today, by one of my favorite’s Michael Justin Films. His films are so touching and heartfelt that I literally feel as if I was there… and he has me reaching for the tissues every time. This film is extra special though… this is his little sisters wedding…

What was your favorite part of your wedding day? It’s a tie between two moments!  Walking down the aisle was very emotional and meaningful for me. While the church was filled with people, we could only see each other. I felt so connected to him at that moment, it was like nothing I’ve ever experienced before. I hope I never forget how it felt to see him for the very first time that day. My second favorite part of the day was our entrance into the reception. As we walked in, all of our guests were already dancing and packed on the dance floor. As we walked in we were literally surrounded by all of our favorite people, clapping and cheering for us. It was such an adrenaline rush- it reminded us of how blessed we are to have so many people who love and support us.  It also set the mood for what turned out to be an amazing party…

What is your advice to brides currently in the planning process? Decide the vision you have for your wedding, the mood you want to create, the style, the feeling you want to convey to your guests BEFORE you start shopping for venues, dresses, invitations, flowers etc. There are so many choices for EVERYTHING that it can be overwhelming and very difficult to make decisions during the planning process (I remember seeing hundred of invitations and floral arrangements- and I loved them ALL!!). If you spend the time in the beginning of your planning process to create the overall theme and mood for your big day, it will save you lots of time and stress in the end! – Alyssa
