Jessica and I met through the wonderful world of modeling. I knew from the first photo I saw of her that she was going to be mine. I contacted her and we spoke via text/email for about a month until we met. Our first day together we lost track of time and talked for hours on the beach. The rest is history :) I proposed on the Golden Gate Bridge in San Francisco. The entire day was fun and full of surprises, and keeping the ring a secret was the biggest challenge. As we drove across to the north side of the bridge I became more and more excited to ask and could not wait to reach the tower on the bridge. From the moment I got on one knee Jessi knew… her fountain of tears said it all, and the excitement to put the ring on her finger became one of the best days of my life.

Every girls dream is to fall in love and get married to the person of their dreams.  Unlike most girls though, I wasn’t one to linger on the idea of being whisked away by prince charming, that is until Brent came along.  The day we met was so mistakingly perfect that I couldn’t help but think that this could be it, I might’ve just found my prince.  And I was right. We celebrated our 1 year anniversary down in San Francisco and we simply fell in love with the city. We decided to return for our 2nd wonderful year together and visit some sites we hadn’t gotten to the previous.  On our actual anniversary, 8/11, Brent was really persistant about visiting the Golden Gate Bridge.  So when we finally drove across the wonderous landmark I could see his face just light up with excitement (he must of really liked the bridge!).  We parked and walked to the first tower on the bridge and looked out at the beautiful city.  When we turned to leave Brent pulled me back in and held me super close.  Once the words, “these two years have been the best two years of my life” left his mouth, my heart started to race.  “He’s not proposing yet is he? It’s only been 2 years?” was rushing through my head, but then he got down on one knee and all those thoughts were swept away.  My eyes immediately started to tear up and I knew my answer was going to be yes.  The smile on his face after my yes was so big it made me cry even more.  I was so happy to accept becoming the future Mrs. Brent Roberts.

Sniff, sniff… Brent + Jessi are to be married this November!
